Rush was formed as a sister concern to Soch Apparels Pvt Ltd which is one of India’s leading Apparel Brands. The company first started to take care of Soch’s store expansion needs, but quickly grew to service other fashion brands, and eventually branched out to other industries. 

Soch Apparels Pvt Ltd is owned and managed by the Chatlani family and was incorporated in 2005. It currently operates out of 175 stores across the country.
